■ Back Where It Started
SternSound began in 2008 as a custom AV integration and live event production company, built over fourteen years of hands-on work with sound systems, performance spaces, and the people who fill them. That same ear — now sharpened by 30 years across consumer electronics, car audio, manufacturer training, and professional AV — is back, reborn as a full-service audio and event company for Las Vegas and beyond.
SternSound brings together three things under one roof: professional-grade sound for private and corporate events, original DJ performances across two distinct styles, and the audio expertise to help you choose and run the right gear.

about
■ The STORY
IT STARTED IN 1995, AT 18 YEARS OLD, BEHIND THE COUNTER AT CIRCUIT CITY — THE BEGINNING OF A 30-YEAR RUN THROUGH CONSUMER ELECTRONICS, CAR AUDIO, MANUFACTURER TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL AV. IN 2008, THAT EXPERIENCE BECAME STERNSOUND: A CUSTOM AV INTEGRATION AND LIVE EVENT PRODUCTION COMPANY BUILT ON FOURTEEN YEARS OF HANDS-ON WORK WITH SOUND SYSTEMS, PERFORMANCE SPACES, AND THE PEOPLE WHO FILL THEM. ALONG THE WAY, THAT SAME EAR FOR SOUND FOUND ITS WAY ONTO THE DANCE FLOOR. SINCE 2004, ROBERT STERN HAS BEEN DJING TRANCE AND TECHNO, EVENTUALLY CO-FOUNDING IN SEARCH OF SUNSET AT AUDIO BAR IN LAS VEGAS. AS SOURCELIGHT22, THAT SAME PASSION SHOWS UP ON ECSTATIC DANCE FLOORS AND AT CONSCIOUS EVENTS ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST. NOW, STERNSOUND IS BACK — REBORN AS A FULL-SERVICE AUDIO AND EVENT COMPANY FOR LAS VEGAS AND BEYOND. THREE DECADES OF AUDIO EXPERTISE. FOURTEEN YEARS OF PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE. TWO DECADES ON THE DECKS. ONE MISSION: TO MAKE EVERY EVENT UNFORGETTABLE THROUGH SOUND, MUSIC, AND EXPERIENCE.
